Due to the battery problems of passenger vehicle, we compile this technical bulletin about JAC
passenger vehicle battery control regulations, for all dealers to maintain vehicle properly.
因市场乘用车车辆亏电故障频发,特下发江淮乘用车蓄电池整体管控规定,以指导市场开展相关
车辆维护保养工作。
2. Static Current Control 静态电流管控
Control purpose: In order to ensure the battery in a good state, as far as possible to extend the
service time of the vehicle battery, the static current of the vehicle needs to be measured.
管控目的:为保证蓄电池有一个良好的状态,尽可能延长整车蓄电池的使用时长,需对整车静态
电流进行测量。
Vehicle static current: The magnitude of current flow in and out of the vehicle battery when the
whole vehicle is static, that is, the magnitude of current flow through the whole vehicle when the
vehicle CAN has no signal and the controllers are in standby state.
整车静态电流含义:整车休眠时车辆蓄电池流入流出的电流量,即整车 CAN 无信号、各控制器处
于待机状态时流经整车的电流量。
Static current standard: When the vehicle is locked, the current flowing through the whole
vehicle within 16 minutes of the vehicle drops to less than 20mA (for electrical vehicle, 30mA
within 20 minutes), and the current remains stable under the condition of no key and other
wake-up signals.
静态电流标准:在锁车的情况下,燃油车辆 16 分钟内流经整车的电流降到 20mA 以内(新能源
车辆 20 分钟,30mA),且在无钥匙等唤醒信号下电流一直保持稳定。
2.1 Measure method 测量方
When vehicle is locked, all power supplies are supplied by battery, thus we only need to
measure the magnitude of current flowing through battery. The steps are as shown below:
整车锁车情况下,所有电源由蓄电池提供,所有我们只需要测流经蓄电池的电流量。具体如下
(1) Open engine compartment cover (if there is engine compartment cover contact switch,
please disconnect the switch connector), the main function of engine compartment cover
contact switch is to remind if engine compartment cover is closed;
打开引擎盖(如果有引擎盖触点开关需将开关接插件拔下),引擎盖触点开关主要作用为提醒引
擎盖是否关闭
(2) Four vehicle doors are closed, trunk is closed, vehicle is locked;
整车四门关闭、后备箱关闭,整车上锁
(3) Prepare a multimeter, select 20A direct-current range;
准备一个万用表,调到 20A 直流电流档
(4) Disconnect battery negative electrode, connect the multimeter in series between the battery
negative electrode and the battery negative electrode wire harness, fix the connection point with
tape, and do not fall off halfway, as shown in the figure below (current clamp is recommended);
断开蓄电池负极,将万用表串联于蓄电池负极及蓄电池负极线束之间,连接点用胶带等固定,不
得半途脱落,如下图所示(推荐使用电流钳)
(5) Wait for 16 minutes, the static current decreases to 0.01A, which indicates that the vehicle
gets into dormant state. The static current standard is less than 20mA (Other special
regulations, the technical department gives instructions: For Electrical vehicle, 30mA in 20
minutes; For A60, less than 25mA).
等待 16 分钟内静态电流降到 0.01A 标志整车进入休眠状态,静态电流标准小于 20mA(其他特殊
规定,技术部给出说明:①新能源车辆 20 分钟,30mA;②瑞风 A60 小于 25mA
3. Battery Operation Instructions 蓄电池操作说
Lead-acid battery operation/warning instruction and safety requirement
铅酸蓄电池操作/警告说明及安全规定
(1) Comply with the relevant provisions on the battery label, maintenance manual and operating
instructions;
遵照蓄电池上的标签、维修手册及使用说明书中的有关规定
(2) Battery acid liquor is highly corrosive, so you must wear protective gloves and goggles when
working;
蓄电池酸液有强烈的腐蚀性,因而在工作时必须佩戴防护手套及眼罩/
(3) Do not dump the battery, as acid liquor may spill out of the vent;
勿倾倒蓄电池,因为酸液有可能从排气孔中溅出
(4) It is strictly prohibited to use naked fire, spark, unprotected lamps and lanterns and to smoke;
严禁明火、火花、无防护措施的灯具的使用及吸烟
(5) Children should not have access to acid liquor and batteries;
儿童不可接近酸液及蓄电池
(6) The recycling of used batteries shall be delivered to the designated recycling place. It is
never allowed to throw the used batteries into the household garbage;
废旧蓄电池回收需交给指定的回收地点,决不允许将废旧蓄电池丢入生活垃圾中
(7) When the battery is charging, it may produce very explosive mixture of gases, with an
explosion risk;
蓄电池进行充电时,可能产生极具爆炸性的混合气体,有爆炸危险
(8) Lead-acid battery is a very dangerous substance. Since the initial charge, the battery began
to carry out chemical reactions, until the battery aging;
铅酸蓄电池是一种非常危险的物品。自初次充电后,蓄电池即开始进行化学反应,直至蓄电池老
During vehicle static parking, the battery voltage must be checked, and keep the battery in good
storage condition as far as possible. Before the static voltage value of the battery is not lower
than 12.5V, the battery should be recharged. It is necessary to avoid that when the end user
receives the vehicle, the battery capacity is less than 50% (the battery capacity is equal to 50%,
that is, the static voltage of non-start-stop battery is 12.20V or the static voltage of start-stop
battery is 12.40V).If the battery does not reach the specified static voltage value, the battery
should be recharged immediately (fully charged) according to the instructions in <4 Battery
Additional Charge Regulation>.
在车辆静止停放期间,必须对蓄电池的电压进行检查,尽可能保持蓄电池处于良好的电量储存状
态。在蓄电池静态电压值未低于 12.5V 之前,对其进行补充电。必须避免最终用户接收整车时,
蓄电池的电容量小于 50%(蓄电池电容量等于 50%,即:非启停蓄电池静态电压为 12.20V 或启
停蓄电池静态电压为 12.40V)。如果蓄电池未达到规定的静态电压值时,则应当按照<4 蓄电池
补充充电规定>的说明立即进行补充电(充满电)。
4. Battery Additional Charge Regulation 蓄电池补充充电规定
In order to provide the end user with a fully qualified battery, the battery must be recharged
immediately in the following conditions:
为了给最终用户提供一个完全合格的蓄电池,必须在出现以下情况时,立即对蓄电池进行补充电
(1) Non-start-stop battery static voltage 12.5V;
非启停蓄电池静态电压12.5V
(2) Start-stop battery (Sail) voltage 12.55V, Start-stop battery (Leoch) voltage 12.7V;
启停蓄电池(风帆)电压12.55V 或启停蓄电池(理士)电压12.7V
Detailed specification 详细规定:
4.1 Common battery (non-start-stop)普通蓄电池(非启停)
Lower than 11.60V, it is considered as waste product:
0V ~11.60V, scrap
11.6V~12.50V, please recharge immediately (fully charged)
12.50V~12.65V, please recharge
低于 11.60V,则视为废品
0V ~11.60V 报废!
11.6V~12.50V 立即补充电(充满电)!
12.50V~12.65V 补充电!
4.2 Start-stop battery 停蓄电池
(1) Sail (battery manufacturer) start-stop battery 风帆(电池生产厂家)启停蓄电池
Lower than 11.70V, it is considered as waste product:
0V ~11.70V, scrap
11.70V~12.55V, please recharge immediately (fully charged)
12.55V~12.75V, please recharge
低于 11.70V,则视为废品:
0V ~11.70V 报废!
11.70V~12.55V 立即补充电(充满电)!
12.55V~12.75V 补充电!
(2) Leoch (battery manufacturer) start-stop battery 理士(电池生产厂家)启停蓄电池:
Lower than 11.80V, it is considered as waste product:
0V ~11.80V, scrap
11.80V~12.70V, please recharge immediately (fully charged)
12.70V~12.90V, please recharge
低于 11.80V 则视为废品:
0V ~11.80V 报废!
11.80V~12.70V 立即补充电(充满电)!
12.70V~12.90V 补充电!
5. Battery Charge Method 蓄电池充电方法
5.1 Start-stop battery 停蓄电池:
Charge method: constant current and constant voltage charge 充电方法:恒流恒压充电
(1) Voltage setting: 14.4±0.1V
电压设定:14.4±0.1V
(2) Current setting 电流设定:
When battery voltage 12.3V, current setting is 10A;
蓄电池电压≥12.3V ,电流选定为 10A
When 11.9Vbattery voltage12.3V, current setting is 7A;
11.9V<蓄电池电压<12.3V 时,电流选定为 7A
When battery voltage11.9V, current setting is 7A; but It is necessary to follow up the
temperature change of the battery appearance. If the battery is hot, it should stop charging and
charge again after cooling. The current setting is 3.5A;
蓄电池电压<11.9V ,电流选定为 7A,但需跟进电池外表温度变化,若电池发烫应停止充电,
待电池冷却后再次充电,电流选定为 3.5A
When battery voltage11.9V, and the voltage is more than 7 days in this state, current
setting is 3A;
电压<11.9V 且在此状态下超过 7 天及以上时,电流选定为 3A
(3) Charge finishes: When the charging current is lower than 2A, continue to charge for 2~3
hours, the charge finishes
充电完成:充电电流低于 2A 后继续充电 2~3 小时,充电完成

The first 3 hours during charging, pay attention to
observe and adjust charge current in time, to prevent the
current is too large to burn down the charger or cause
other accidents.
充电过程中的 3 小时,应注意及时观察并调整充电电流,
以防止电流过大烧毁充电机或造成其他事故

If the battery is seriously sulfurized and the voltage
after power supply is more than 15V, charge it with
current of 0.05C 20A until the terminal voltage is less
than 15V, and then proceed as described above
如果电池硫酸盐化严重,给电后电压即超过 15V
0.05C 20A 的电流充电至端电压低于 15V 后在按前面所述
方法进行处理
