1. Maintenance Cautions of Seat
(1) Installation sequence of seat fixed bolts:
(2) Move seat backward to the limit position, check the locking condition of each slideway, and then
tighten the front fixed bolt temporarily;
(3) Move seat forward to the limit position, check the locking condition of each slideway, and then
tighten the rear fixed bolts thoroughly;
(4) Move seat backward to the limit position, and tighten the front fixed bolts thoroughly;
(5) Check whether it is smooth to move seat backward and forward, and whether all locking part is
locked properly;
(6) Replace damaged rear seat cushion fastener;
(7) Installation procedure of seat fixed bolts and nuts;
(8) Check whether the operation of leaning seat or folding seat backrest is smoothly;
2. Replacement of Seat
2.1 Removal front seat
2.1.1 Pry the rear supporting leg plug cover of front seat out, remove the screw of trim cover, and then
take down rear supporting leg trim cover; After removing the fixed bolts of seat assembly, remove seat
assembly and headrest. The specified tightening torque of the screw: 6N.m-7N.m; the specified tightening
torque of the bolt: 45N.m-55N.m;

2.1.2 Disconnect safety belt lock connector;
2.2 Installation of front seat
Install according to the contrary sequence of removal.
2.3 Removal of rear seat
2.3.1 Fold left and right rear backrest separately, remove the fixed bolts of two sides, take out backrest,
and disassemble the backrest assembly and headrest. The specified tightening torque: 45N.m-55N.m;
2.3.2 Remove the fixed bolts on the back end of cushion, lift the front end of cushion upward to make the
plastic fastener fastened on the vehicle body separate, and take out the cushion, remove the plastic
fastener. The specified tightening torque: 45N.m-55N.m
2.4 Installation of rear seat
Install according to the contrary sequence of removal.
3. Replacement of Safety Belt
Note: (1) When removing and installing safety belt, don’t damage safety belt retractor;
(2) Replace damaged fastener on the guard board;

(3) Ensure the height is adjusted properly.
3.1 Removal front safety belt
3.1.1 Remove front doorsill guard plate and rear doorsill guard plate;
3.1.2 Remove lower trim cover, and remove the lower fixed bolt. The specified torque: 45N.m-55N.m
3.1.3 Remove B pillar lower guard plate;
3.1.4 Remove B pillar upper guard plate.

3.1.5 Remove the installation bolts of guide bracket. The specified tightening torque: 6N.m-8N.m
3.1.6 Remove the installation bolts, and remove the safety belt retractor. The specified tightening torque:
45N.m-55N.m
3.2 Installation of front safety belt
Install according to the contrary sequence of removal.
3.3 Removal of height regulator
3.3.1 Remove the following parts: front doorsill guard plate, rear doorsill guard plate, lower fixed bolt of
front safety belt, B pillar lower trim plate, B pillar upper trim plate, upper fixed bolt of front safety belt
3.3.2 Remove fixed bolts, and remove the height regulator. The specified tightening torque:
45N.m-55N.m
3.4 Installation of height regulator
Install according to the contrary sequence of removal.

3.5 Removal of front safety belt latch
3.5.1 Remove front seat (refer to “seat”)
3.5.2 Place seat bottom upward, disconnect the wiring harness connector on the seat
3.5.3 Remove the fixed nuts, and remove the washer and front safety belt latch. The specified tightening
torque: 45N.m-55N.m
3.6 Installation of front safety belt latch
Install according to the contrary sequence of removal.
3.7 Removal of rear safety belt
3.7.1 Remove rear two sides safety belt
3.7.1.1 Remove rear seat (refer to “rear seat”)
3.7.1.2 Remove the lower fixed point bolts of rear safety belt, remove rear doorsill guard plate and rear
trunk doorsill guard plate, and remove C pillar lower guard plate and C pillar upper guard plate. The

3.7.1.3 Remove the fixed bolt of guide ring and fixed bolt of safety belt retractor in proper order, and
remove rear safety belt. The specified tightening torque: 45N.m-55N.m
3.7.2 Removal of rear middle safety belt
3.7.2.1 Pull out the rear middle safety belt metal lock tongue inserted into the roof plastic slot, remove
roof, metal lock tongue puncture out from roof, and take out roof.
3.7.2.2 Remove the 3 installation fixed bolt of safety belt, and remove rear middle safety belt.
3.8 Installation of rear safety belt
Install according to the contrary sequence of removal.

3.9 Removal of rear seat safety belt latch
3.9.1 Remove rear seat (refer to “rear seat”)
3.9.2 Remove fixed bolts, and remove safety belt latch. The specified tightening torque: 45N.m-55N.m
3.10 Installation of rear safety belt latch
Install according to the contrary sequence of removal.
4. Caution of Interior Trim Parts
(1) Strictly obey the operation cautions of SRS system, or else it may cause vehicle damage or
personal injure
(2) Remove battery negative electrode and wait at least 1min before removing electrical connector, or
else it may cause vehicle damage
(3) When removing and installing parts, use cloth to protect the parts to avoid damage
(4) When removing metal clips from trim parts, use cloth to wrap the flat screw driver
(5) Pay attention to not damage vehicle body parts
(6) When installing vehicle body trim parts, first ensure the clips is installed into plate hole of vehicle
body firmly, and then press them in carefully
(7) When removing large parts, it may need two persons to operate to avoid drop
(8) When removing some trim parts, don’t use too much force, or else it may cause parts deformed
5. Replacement of Steering Column Protective Sleeve
5.1 Removal of steering column protective sleeve

7.1 Removal of glove box
7.1.1 Open glove box to the max angle, and remove the glove box cushion of left and right side;
7.1.2 Open glove box to the position that the bottom spiale of glove box is parallel to the spiale of
dashboard, and pull out glove box;
7.2 Installation of glove box
Install according to the contrary sequence of removal.
8. Replacement of Left and Right End Cover
8.1 Removal of left and right end cover (take left end cover as an example)
8.1.1 Open and take down inside electrical box in lower guard plate of driver’s side (When removing
right end cover, first remove glove box);
8.1.2 Push the left end cover out from inner side of dashboard, and then remove the end cover from the
opening;

23.2.2 When installing, after installing rear vehicle door frame rubber strip, align the connecting structure
of rear doorsill guard panel front and rear end to B pillar lower guard panel and C pillar lower guard panel,
and align doorsill fasteners to doorsill fastener holes, and press them in.
23.3 Replacement of A pillar upper guard panel assembly
23.3.1 Remove front doorsill guard panel assembly
23.3.2 Remove front door frame rubber strip, refer to “replacement of front door frame rubber strip”
23.3.3 Use flat screw driver to pry the upper end of A pillar upper guard panel, remove 2 plastic fasteners
and 1 iron clip in order, and take down A pillar guard panel from dashboard
23.3.4 When installing, put A pillar upper guard panel into dashboard, and align doorsill fasteners to
doorsill fastener holes, and press them in.

23.6 Replacement of B pillar upper guard panel assembly

23.6.2 Use flat screw driver to pry the 3 plastic fasteners of B pillar upper guard panel fixed on vehicle
body, and remove B pillar upper guard panel

23.7 Replacement of tail doorsill guard panel assembly
23.7.1 Use flat screw driver to remove the 5 fasteners of tail door, and use flat screw driver to pry the
fitting structure of tail doorsill guard two ends and C pillar lower guard panel, pry out the 4 iron clips
connected to tail door inner sheet metal, and take down the tail doorsill guard panel
23.7.2 When installing, after installing tail door frame rubber strip, align the connecting structure of tail
doorsill guard panel two ends to C pillar lower guard panel, and align doorsill iron clips to vehicle body
holes, and press iron chips and fasteners in
23.8 Replacement of C pillar lower guard panel assembly
23.8.1 Remove rear doorsill guard panel assembly

23.8.8 When installing, first align the fixed fasteners of C pillar lower guard panel to vehicle body holes,

23.9.1 Remove C pillar lower guard panel assembly, refer to “replacement of C pillar lower guard panel

23.9.2 Use cross screw driver to remove 1 screw, and use flat screw driver to pry the 1 iron clip and 10
plastic fasteners of C pillar upper guard panel fixed on vehicle body, and take down C pillar upper guard
panel
23.9.3 When installing, first align the fixed fasteners of C pillar guard panel to vehicle body holes, and
press them in, and then install the screw
24 Replacement of Front Vehicle Door Trim Panel
1. Open front vehicle door, remove the fixed bolts of front door inner handle, refer to “replacement of

to remove the 2 fixed screws of front door handle inner cover plate

4. Use cross screw driver to remove the 2 fixed screw of front door inner trim panel and 1 grommet screw
5. Use flat screw driver to pry the 7 plastic fastener of front door trim panel, and take down inner weather
strip from front door inner trim panel

6. Take down front door inner handle pull cable, refer to “replacement of front door inner handle”
7. Disconnect the wiring harness connector of window regulator and front vehicle door lamp, refer to
“replacement of window regulator switch” and “replacement of front door lamp”
8. Take down front door trim panel
9. When installing, first connect the wiring harness connector of door lamp and window regulator switch,
connect inner handle pull cable, and then align the fixed fasteners of vehicle door inner trim panel to the
vehicle door sheet metal holes, press them in, and install the 4 screws and 1 grommet screw
25 Replacement of Rear Vehicle Door Trim Panel
1. Open rear vehicle door, first use flat screw driver to pry the 2 plastic fastener and 1 four-claw iron clip
of rearview mirror triangle window, and then pull out triangle panel

6. Use flat screw driver to pry the 8 plastic fasteners of rear vehicle door trim panel fixed on vehicle door
sheet metal, and then take down the weather strip from rear vehicle door trim panel
7. Take down rear vehicle door inner handle pull cable, refer to “replacement of rear door inner handle”
8. Disconnect the wiring harness connector of rear door window regulator switch, refer to “replacement of
rear door window regulator switch”
9. Take down rear door trim panel
10. When installing, first connect the wiring harness connector of window regulator switch, connect inner
handle pull cable, and then align the fixed fasteners of vehicle door inner trim panel to the vehicle door
sheet metal holes, press them in, and install the 3 screws and 1 grommet screw
26 Replacement of Tail Door Trim Panel
1. Open tail door, use flat screw driver to pry the 2 V-type fasteners of tail door upper trim panel and
left/right trim panel, pry the 4 plastic fasteners fixed on vehicle body, and remove the tail door upper trim
panel
2. Use flat screw driver to pry the 2 V-type fasteners of tail door left/right trim panel fixed on vehicle
body, pry the 2 V-type fasteners fixed on tail door lower trim panel, and remove the tail door left and right

4. Use flat screw driver to pry the 15 fasteners of tail door panel fixed on tail door sheet metal, and

5. Use flat screw driver to pry the tail door opening handle box on tail door sheet metal
6. When installing, first align the fixed fasteners of tail door lower trim panel to the vehicle door sheet
metal holes, press them in, and install the 4 screws; and then install left and right trim panel in order,
install tail door upper trim panel, and finally install tail door opening handle box
