1. Fender assy
1）
1. Open the bonnet
2. Disassemble front bumper according to instructions on guidance manual of
exterior trim
3. Disassemble front headlamp according to instructions on guidance manual of
exterior trim
4. Disassemble the eight M6 fixing bolts on the fender
5. Remove the fender
2）
Assemble the fender by following the reversed disassembly procedures
Attention：
■ check whether the fender has been assembled in position, and the clearance
between fender and vehicle body should be appropriate. If not, re-adjust or
re-assemble the fender.
■ the replacing procedures of left and right fender are the same.

2. Suspension assy

1) Front suspension device
2) middle suspension device: the structure of front and middle suspension devices are similar. they
are formed by upper and lower cushion, and they connect cab and vehicle frame by assembling
bolts of hexagon flange with locating plate. Therefore, please refer to assembly/disassembly
procedures of front suspension device.

1. Unscrew the metal hexagon flange nut 5
2. Remove the lower cushion 4 of front
suspension device
3. Remove the bolt 1 of hexagon flange with
locating plate
4. Disassemble the cab assy

1.Assemble upper cushion 2 and sleeve 3 and
put them on vehicle frame
2. Assemble cab assy
3. Put the bolt 1 of hexagon flange with
locating plate on vehicle body and get it through
upper cushion
4. Assemble lower cushion 4 on vehicle

1. Unscrew the metal hexagon flange nut 5
2. Remove flat washer of rear suspension
device
3. Remove the bolt 6 of hexagon flange with
locating plate
4. Disassemble the cab assy

Assembly procedures
1. Assemble cushion 11 of rear suspension
device on vehicle frame
2. Tighten the set assy 10 (hexagon flange
bolt and flat washer) by aligning holes on
vehicle frame
3. Assemble the cab assy and align all holes
4. Put the bolt 6 of hexagon flange with
locating plate through the cushion of rear

1. Unscrew the mounting bolts on cargo body’s
front-end (1 for each side)
2. Unscrew the mounting bolts 1 on cargo
body’s rear cross-member (1 for each side)
3. Unscrew the mounting bolts 2 on cargo
body’s rear cross-member (1 for each side)

Assembly procedures
1. assemble combination washers on
corresponding mounting holes on rear
cross-member. (3 on left and right side)
2. hang the cargo body on vehicle frame, and
align the six mounting holes on cargo body's
cross-member
3. assemble the mounting bolts on cargo
body's front-end to the vehicle frame
4. assemble the mounting hole of cargo
body's fourth rear cross-member by crossing
round rubber cushion, mounting holes on frame
and combination washers
5. assemble the mounting hole of cargo
body's fifth rear cross-member by crossing
round rubber cushion, mounting holes on frame
and combination washers
