With the rapid development and profound accumulation for over 10 years since JAC first started overseas business in 2006, JAC has already formed a international and mature sales&service system consisted by over 700 authorized distributors in 130 countries all over the world. Up till now, over 400,000 vehicles have been exported aboard.

JAC service system kept upgrading since the service brand “Serve Miles & Smiles” was launched on April 2017. For a long period, there is a mature employee training system in JAC, which has cultivated a huge number of talents. Sharing this kind of system, enhacing the training to all distributors and guaranting the after-sales service is our persuit.

With this manual, we hope all our distributors get well known about JAC training system, annual arrangement, training courses in detail, obtain key posts certifications and finally build your own skilled service team.

Welcome to read and use 2018 JAC Service Training Manual.

As the constantly expanding of JAC business overseas, more and more excellent distributors have joined JAC family. However, how to improve the end-customers’ satisfaction, enhance FFV rate and service ability are still the most important things in after-sales management.

JAC pays a lot of attention to training effect, so, a training effect and demand questionnaire will be sent to you every year, you can write down your suggestion and advice and send e-mails to JAC personnel, we will reply in 3 days.
